Charger Limited CEO Donates GH¢47,000 to Nungua Senior High School for Anniversary Celebration
In a remarkable gesture of giving back, Mr. Emmanuel Bortey Borketey, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Charger Limited — producers of Happy Man Bitters, Black Legend Coffee Gin, and operators of the Happy Man Foundation — has donated GH¢47,000 to his alma mater, Nungua Senior High School. The donation was made on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the premises of the school in support of its anniversary celebration.
Mr. Borketey, who continues to stand out as one of Ghana’s exemplary entrepreneurs, was accompanied by his team during the presentation. The donation, he explained, is not just a show of gratitude to the school that shaped him but also an investment in the education and future of the younger generation.
“Giving back to the school that shaped me is a true honor. To me, this is a privilege, as it represents an investment in a brighter future for our youth,” Mr. Borketey said in his remarks.
